You’ll gain hands-on experience in prospecting, underwriting, market analysis, and client advisement while working alongside experienced professionals committed to your growth. Our proven systems, technology, and mentorship will help you stay organized, consistent, and confident as you learn the commercial side of the business.


If you don’t yet hold your broker license, we provide the resources and guidance to help you earn it. Licensed agents will be positioned to immediately leverage our commercial platform and start building a book of business that creates lasting income potential.

Compensation:

$160,000 at plan

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs to help new agents align with team standards and achieve success
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement agent retention strategies
  • Support agents with marketing materials and manage online/social media campaigns to boost visibility and sales
  • Oversee day-to-day operational functions for the team to ensure efficiency
  • Contribute to both team and individual sales goals
  • Maintain and grow a high-quality client database
  • Lead the expansion of your division with a focus on sustainable growth
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to agents for skill development and performance improvement
Qualifications:
  • Superb customer service and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents
  • Real estate license required
