Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and guests. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage various cleaning tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Manage custodial tasks such as waste disposal and restroom sanitation to uphold health and safety standards.
Provide exceptional customer service by accommodating client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
Maintain cleaning supplies and report any shortages promptly.
Collaborate with management to follow cleaning schedules and protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
Strong customer service skills and professionalism.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must have own transportation and valid car insurance — this is a driving position.
Mileage will be reimbursed.
Candidates without personal transportation will not be considered.
