Residential Cleaning Technician – Turnover & Move-Out Cleaning

M&A Sparkling Cleaning Service LLC is a professional residential cleaning company in Chico, CA specializing in rental turnover and move-out cleaning for property management companies and homeowners.

We are looking for a reliable and hard-working cleaning technician who can perform detailed cleaning for vacant homes and apartments. This role requires someone who works efficiently, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering high-quality cleaning results.

Most jobs involve turnover cleaning between tenants, including kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, floors, and detailed surface cleaning to prepare homes for new residents

Duties / Responsibilities

• Perform move-out and rental turnover cleaning for houses and apartments
• Clean kitchens including stovetops, ovens, microwaves, cabinets, and countertops
• Deep clean bathrooms, showers, tubs, sinks, and toilets
• Dust and wipe baseboards, doors, blinds, window sills, and surfaces
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop all floors
• Clean appliance interiors and exteriors when required
• Remove dust, debris, and buildup to prepare homes for new tenants or homeowners
• Follow company cleaning procedures and maintain high quality standards

Requirements

• Previous house cleaning or turnover cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physically active cleaning work
• Strong attention to detail
