Job Description

MA Restoration is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to take ownership of our warehouse organization, inventory, equipment readiness, and vehicle upkeep. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes real pride in cleanliness, order, and consistency.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and serious about maintaining a clean and professional environment. The warehouse should be pristine, neat, and well-run at all times. This person will help make sure supplies are stocked, equipment is clean, trucks are ready, and the day starts in an organized way for the field team.

This is an important support role in our operation. The right person will help keep the warehouse running smoothly and make sure crews have what they need to get out the door efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and pristine warehouse at all times
• Seasonal responsibilities, such as snow removal and landscaping
• Order, track, and restock inventory, supplies, and materials
• Pull supplies and equipment for upcoming jobs
• Stage materials and tools so trucks can be loaded efficiently
• Help load and unload materials, equipment, and deliveries
• Clean, inspect, and organize equipment after use
• Maintain and organize tools, consumables, and stored materials
• Keep company vehicles clean, organized, stocked, and job-ready
• Monitor stock levels and communicate supply needs before shortages become a problem
• Identify damaged, missing, or low-stock items and report them promptly
• Support a safe, orderly, and efficient warehouse environment
• Take pride in keeping the warehouse and yard looking clean and professional at all times
  
  

Requirements

• Prior warehouse, construction support, restoration, or inventory experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be highly tidy, neat, and consistent in maintaining a clean workspace
• Comfortable in a hands-on role involving lifting, moving, cleaning, and organizing materials and equipment
• Dependable and able to work without constant supervision
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work year-round
• Valid driver's license required
  
  

Salary And Benefits

Full Time

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience
