Job Description

MA Restoration is looking for an experienced and motivated General Construction Worker to join our restoration team! In this role, you'll put your construction skills to good use, working on a variety of jobs from demolition to rebuild. You'll be part of a skilled crew, helping to tackle challenges on active job sites and making a real impact on every project. Responsibilities

• Perform general construction and restoration tasks, including demo, framing, finish work, and site prep.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring they're ready for use on site.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to keep projects moving.
• Follow all safety standards and company protocols at all times.
  
  

Requirements

• Someone that values personal appearance for the purposes of interacting with clients
• Prior hands-on construction experience (preferred: 12 years minimum).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
