- Monitors access to classified and government sensitive information.
- Assists with processing of personnel security clearance.
- Processes and maintains sensitive and classified materials.
- Prepares classified material for transmission.
- Controls, tracks and processes classified visit requests.
- Process and track requests for cleared team member foreign travel
- Day to day security related activities supporting management of organization’s facility clearance.
- Supports the development and documentation of Special Programs.
- Assists with Internal Security Controls through performance of vulnerability self-inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements.
- Supports the implementation and administration of the security education required for an Operational Security program.
- Supports and delivers security awareness training.
- Supports project teams in subcontractor management to ensure compliance with government regulations/requirements.
- Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
- Provide mentorship & training to Associate Industrial Security Specialist
- All other duties as assigned
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Joint Personnel Adjudications System, Defense Information Security System, Secure Web Finger Print Transmission system
- Able to prioritize and coordinate multiple assignments
- Ability to work independently
- Must demonstrate a positive and professional attitude with excellent customer service skills and collaboration ability.

- Knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)
- Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 5 plus years of experience in Security or another related field
- Must be a U.S. citizen with a Top Secret (TS) clearance
- Completion of FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities Curriculum
