Immigration Attorney – M.A.J. Law Firm
We’re hiring an immigration attorney with at least 1 year of court experience.
Requirements:
- Immigration court experience at least 2 year
- Strong knowledge of immigration law
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Committed to helping immigrants
Duties:
- Represent clients in court and before DHS
- Handle asylum, removal, and family-based cases
- Handle cases before USCIS
- Prepare filings and meet with clients
