Front Desk & Guest Experience
- Greet and assist employees, visitors, and candidates with a warm, professional presence
- Manage guest check-in process, including badge access and notifications to hosts
- Coordinate visitor logistics (room bookings, catering coordination, wayfinding)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times
Workplace & Office Operations Support
- Support day-to-day office needs including supplies, snacks, and common area upkeep
- Assist with meeting room readiness (resets, basic AV checks, scheduling coordination)
- Partner with Workplace on office events and employee experience activations
- Monitor and restock kitchens, copy areas, and shared spaces
Light Facilities Coordination
- Submit and track basic facilities requests (lighting, HVAC, janitorial, maintenance)
- Act as an on-the-ground point of contact for vendors (cleaning, deliveries, repairs)
- Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify and escalate issues proactively
- Help maintain workplace standards for safety, cleanliness, and organization
Basic IT / AV Troubleshooting
- Escalate technical issues to IT or AV when needed, ensuring proper follow-through
Administrative Support
- Manage incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
- Support scheduling and coordination for small meetings or onsite activities
- Maintain internal documentation and workplace guides as needed
What You Bring
- 2 to 4 years of experience in reception, office coordination, or workplace support
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and ownership of tasks
- Comfortable with basic AV/IT troubleshooting or willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Must be proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Reliable transportation to the Bellevue / Eastside area and ability to pass a background check
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting a high-visibility or executive-facing office
- Familiarity with workplace tools (badge systems, room booking platforms, ticketing systems)
- Experience coordinating vendors or facilities requests
- Bilingual proficiency in a second language
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday role with biweekly pay and training provided. Qualified candidates will be contacted within 24 hours.
