Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to lift heavy boxes occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Perform order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or related fields is preferred, but not required.
- Strong skills in order fulfillment and inventory management practices.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes within a warehouse setting.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
