Job Description

We are looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to join our growing office. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Schedule

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls
  • Respond to emails and client inquiries
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files
  • Assist with administrative support and office tasks
  • Maintain records and documentation
  • Support daily office operations

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong data entry and typing skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Reliable and professional

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or Data Entry Clerk
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or office administration (a plus)
