Job Description
We are looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to join our growing office. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Schedule
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- Respond to emails and client inquiries
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files
- Assist with administrative support and office tasks
- Maintain records and documentation
- Support daily office operations
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Reliable and professional
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or Data Entry Clerk
- Experience in real estate, property management, or office administration (a plus)
