Lytegen is a premium residential energy company. We book qualified in-home appointments with homeowners and train you from scratch to run them. No solar experience required. If you're competitive, coachable, and want a real shot at $80K–$150K your first year, this is for you.
Location we service - CA, TX, OK, IL, AZ, OH, GA, MI statewide
The role -
You show up to pre-scheduled, pre-qualified appointments homeowners are already expecting you. Your job is to educate them on our residential energy program, walk them through how it works, and enroll qualified households. No cold calling. No door knocking. No prospecting. We handle all of that.
We train you from day one. Most of our top earners had zero sales experience when they started.
What you'll do -
- Attend pre-booked, in-home consultations with qualified homeowners
- Educate homeowners on our energy program how it works, what it costs, what they save
- Guide qualified homeowners through the enrollment process
- Represent Lytegen with professionalism in every home
- Hit daily and weekly appointment targets provided by the company

Compensation
Uncapped. Most first-year reps following our system earn $80,000–$150,000 . Top performers earn $200,000 , with a small top tier above $250,000. Your income is a direct function of your output nothing more, nothing less.
