Role Description
- Prospect SMB decision-makers (Owner/Founder/CEO/COO/Controller).
- Book qualified, show-up discovery calls.
- Run a short, clean sales cycle and close monthly plans.
- Keep a clean pipeline (your CRM or a simple shared sheet).
WHAT YOU BRING
- You run your own motion: BYO outreach stack, lists, cadence.
- Proven B2B prospecting and closing (services or subscriptions).
- Crisp writing, confident phone/Zoom presence, reliable follow-through.
COMPENSATION (CLEAR & SIMPLE)
- 40% of the first month’s collected revenue on each new client you close.
- 20% lifetime residual on collected revenue thereafter (months 2 ).
- Uncapped earnings (no commission cap).
- Fast pay cadence: commissions paid within 3 business days of our receipt of client payment.
- If a client pauses/cancels or doesn’t pay, that month’s commission isn’t due; it resumes when they do.
ATTRIBUTION (NO GREY AREAS)
You’re credited if (a) you initiated first contact or (b) you booked the discovery call that led to the deal within 90 days. Ownership is tagged and remains tied to you for the client’s active lifetime. If a lead already existed in our pipeline, we’ll tell you upfront.

Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Knowledge of financial management and accounting principles
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
