Lyonsview Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and manage our facility’s housekeeping and laundry operations in Knoxville, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to supervise a team while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.

Job Requirements:

• • 
    Proven experience in housekeeping or environmental services, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment.
• • Previous supervisory or management experience.
• • Strong organizational and communication skills.
• • Ability to lead by example and inspire a high-performing team.
• • Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• • 
    Oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations throughout the facility, including resident rooms and common areas.
• • Maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• • Ensure all equipment is clean, properly maintained, and in safe working condition.
• • Supervise, train, and provide leadership to housekeeping and laundry staff.
• • Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
• • Monitor performance and provide coaching to team members as needed.
• • Manage inventory of cleaning and laundry supplies; place orders as necessary.
• • Ensure timely removal of trash and soiled linens; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• • Collaborate with other department heads to support overall facility operations and resident satisfaction.
• • Promote teamwork, strong work ethics, and a customer-service-driven culture.
