Trash Route Driver - Class B CDL Driver

Lyons Road Trash Removal is family owned company that has been servicing the Finger Lakes area since 1977. We offer economical waste and recycling services to the community with an emphasis on customer care.

We are looking for CDL drivers for our daily trash route operation. Our trash removal program is centered around Geneva and Phelps. This is a key position within our company, and the ability to communicate with the customer and management is a priority. A clean driving record with 2 years of driving experience is preferred for this position.

Duties for the route position include driving daily route with a thrower to pick up customer stops, emptying truck in the landfill, daily pre-trip truck inspection and keeping the truck clean is a requirement.

Requirements:

• Enter and exit the truck by use of the foot and hand holds without restriction
• Ability to pick up a maximum of 30 pounds
• Maintain any required DOT physical exams or other requirements to retain a CDL license
• Provide up to date DMV driving record
