Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager position located in Sacramento, CA. The Account Manager will maintain and grow client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include contacting adjusters and contractors to continue relationships and illustrate our premium services for the insured.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and experience with managing client accounts
- Background in restoration services, property management, or related fields is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently, proactively manage schedules, and manage a sales effort effectively
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
- Proficiency in English or course; additional language skills are an advantage
