Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in West Chester, OH, for an Estate Planning Attorney. The attorney will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. Duties will also include handling probate matters, coordinating estate administration, advising on succession planning, consulting clients on asset protection strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Collaboration with clients and colleagues will be essential to foster thorough and personalized legal solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Estate Planning and drafting legal documents such as wills and trusts.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Estate Law, Estate Administration, and Probate processes.
- Familiarity with Succession Planning and advising clients on wealth transfer strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Ohio.
- Prior experience in estate planning or related legal fields (preferred).
- Commitment to client-focused and community-oriented service.
