Landscape Technician (Weed Removal Specialist)
Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available
We are seeking reliable and hardworking team members for immediate hire as Weed Removal Specialists.
Position Overview:
This role focuses on weed pulling at residential and commercial properties. Team members may work at multiple job sites throughout the day, primarily in Boulder County, with occasional travel to other Front Range locations.
Schedule:
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Flexible scheduling, with a preference for candidates available at least 20 hours per week (40 hours ideal)
Compensation:
- $17–$22 per hour (based on experience)
- Paid biweekly via direct deposit
- Subcontractor arrangements may be considered
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual weed removal on a variety of properties
- Identify common local weeds and plants (assistance provided)
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality
- Communicate effectively regarding job progress and scheduling
- Travel between job sites as needed
Requirements:
- Reliable personal vehicle for transportation between job sites
- Dependable smartphone for communication
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, wind, light rain)
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude with clients
- Knowledge of plant and weed identification (preferred)
