Associate Attorney for our Real Estate and Business Transaction Group.

The ideal candidates will have 4–8 years of experience as a licensed attorney, including a minimum of 3 years of substantive experience in real estate and/or business transactions, representing landowners, developers, investors, individuals, and businesses. The right candidate is ready to manage sophisticated matters independently, help mentor junior associates, and take on a leadership role within the group. Candidates with an established community reputation or existing clientele in the Denver metro, Boulder County, Weld County, or Fort Collins area—and the desire to grow a book of business—are especially encouraged to apply. Candidates must also be motivated to provide exceptional client service, have sound professional judgment, and value personal and professional growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Salary Range:

Compensation is merit-based, as required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act. Our good faith salary range for this position is $130,000–$150,000 dependent on experience. The position also includes the opportunity to earn an incentive bonus based on productivity, which could range from $0 to $25K or more.
