Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Commercial Real Estate Broker located in Los Angeles, CA. Day-to-day tasks include business development outreach, providing tenant representation, sourcing properties, liaising with clients, and implementing strategies to execute client purchases and sales of real estate investments from start to finish. The broker will use market knowledge and relationship-building skills to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- A valid real estate license is required for this position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Knowledge of Southern California real estate markets is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus but not a requirement
