- Runs tight schedules and holds subs accountable
- Communicates clearly with homeowners who expect quality--not excuses
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Own reconstruction projects from scope approval build final walk-through
- Review mitigation handoffs and validate scope completeness
- Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors (framing, drywall, flooring, cabinets, paint, etc.)
- Communicate with homeowners, adjusters, and property managers throughout the rebuild
- Ensure work meets quality standards, code requirements, and insurance scope
- Manage change orders and keep projects on track financially
- Deliver a clean, professional final product--on time

What We're Looking For
- 3-7 years in construction or reconstruction project management
- Experience managing residential and light commercial rebuilds
- Strong understanding of:
- Scheduling & sequencing trades
- Budget control & change orders
- Insurance-driven reconstruction (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with both clients and trades
- High accountability--you own the outcome
- Xactimate experience
- Restoration industry background
- Existing subcontractor relationships on the Peninsula
- Competitive base salary: $75,000 - $100,000 (DOE)
- Performance bonuses tied to project profitability and timelines
