The Role

We are looking for a Skilled Construction Laborer to join our Reconstruction Division. This role is critical in restoring homes and properties after water, fire, and mold damage.

You'll work alongside experienced project managers and tradespeople to bring damaged properties back to life--often better than before.

What You'll Do

• Perform general construction and repair work on residential properties
• Assist with framing, drywall, insulation, flooring, trim, and finish carpentry
• Execute demolition and site prep as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Follow project scopes, plans, and direction from Project Managers
• Communicate clearly with team members and leadership
• Ensure high-quality workmanship that meets Lyon Restoration standards
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with homeowners
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 2 years of construction or reconstruction experience (restoration experience is a big plus)
• Strong skills in one or more trades (carpentry, drywall, flooring, etc.)
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  
  

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in disaster restoration (water/fire/mold)
• Understanding of insurance-driven reconstruction work
• OSHA certifications
• Ability to read plans or work independently on tasks
