We are currently looking to fill a Maintenance Technician position for Ocean Club, our property located in Redondo Beach, CA.The Maintenance Technician ensures the property community meets safety, appearance and operational standards established by the organization.Essential Job Functions:Respond to resident requests for maintenanceMaintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the propertyComplete necessary repairs to building exteriors and common areas as assigned by Supervisor.Complete Unit TurnsPerform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance installation and repairAdhere to the company’s safety program rules, attend safety meetings and performs all duties in a safe manner.Experience/Requirements:1 years of hands on general maintenance experienceAvailable to work a flexible schedule (Weekends, OT, On-Call)Required to work on-call duty, weekends and may be required to live on-site.Required to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner.Trade School or Maintenance Training Program PreferredHVAC experience preferred but not requiredCPO preferred but not requiredSend your resume to Careers@lyonliving.comThis position requires attendance at offsite meetings, visits to other Company operated locations, purchase of goods from offsite vendors and other tasks away from a single assigned location.
