What You’ll Do

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls for highly qualified consumers
• Guide homeowners through financing options and next steps
• Build rapport and create a positive, memorable customer experience
• Communicate with customers, lenders, and contractors
• Work closely with internal teams to move loans efficiently through the pipeline
• Utilize internal systems and CRM tools to manage your pipeline and stay organized

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment, including CRM systems and multiple software platforms
• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Strong communication and sales mindset
• Comfortable handling phone-based conversations throughout the day
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple applications at once
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or finance preferred
• Bilingual is a plus

Earning Potential & Growth

• Starting pay from $19/hour
• After 6 months: $1,000/month bonus opportunity
• After 1 year: Transition to a company performance-based bonus structure tied to monthly funded loan volume
