Flight Coordinator – Lyon Aviation
About The Role
As a Flight Coordinator at Lyon Aviation, you’ll play an important role in keeping our flight operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with pilots, clients, aircraft owners, maintenance personnel, and other team members to ensure every trip is coordinated safely, legally, and efficiently.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate aircraft and flight crew schedules.
- Communicate with clients, pilots, aircraft owners, vendors, and internal team members.
- Arrange trip logistics, including airport services, landing permissions, customs and overflight requirements, catering, ground transportation, and crew and passenger services.
- Review trip requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and operational legality, including aircraft and crew requirements, passenger vetting, and flight documentation.
- Monitor crew flight, duty, and rest requirements.
- Track flights and communicate schedule changes and operational updates.
- Anticipate potential issues, adapt to changing schedules, and help resolve challenges as they arise.
- Provide exceptional service while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
