- Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls promptly and professionally
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in accordance with state and company protocols
- Safely operate and maintain assigned ambulance and equipment
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and accurate documentation
- Ensure the ambulance unit is clean, stocked, and deployment-ready at all times
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, healthcare facilities, and team members
- Uphold safety standards and compliance regulations
- Current State EMT Certification (or reciprocity eligible)
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
