Field Marketing Manager | $65,000 - $75,000 first year
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 11 AM – 7 PM
We’re seeking an experienced Field Marketing & Brand Experience Manager to lead and execute community-driven marketing campaigns for one of NW Ohio’s most dynamic and fast-growing companies. This is a customer-facing, leadership-oriented position focused on generating leads, driving brand awareness, and managing a small team of motivated field marketers.
Key Responsibilities
- Survey neighborhoods and connect with homeowners near recent and past installations to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
- Lead and manage local marketing campaigns — including home shows, events, and neighborhood outreach programs.
- Recruit, train, and oversee a field marketing team to meet performance goals and deliver exceptional customer interactions.
- Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using KPIs and data-driven insights to optimize results.
- Engage directly with customers, representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm while gathering valuable feedback.
- Coordinate with sales and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with overall revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading or managing a field marketing or door-to-door team.
- Strong background in face-to-face customer engagement, event marketing, retail setting or direct sales.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Highly dependable, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
- Neat and professional in appearance; outgoing and approachable personality.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, clean insurance record, and pass a background check.
- Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with customers in various environments.
