Lynnwood Dishwasher- Eng

Job Purpose:
- Dishwashers support kitchen tasks, keep back of the house maintained, washing dishes and appliances, small wares cleaned and sanitized, emptying trash receptacles, scrubbing floors, restocking items, and performing other tasks to ensure that the kitchen areas are clean and prepared for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Wash dirty utensils, pots, grills, dishes, by hand and/or dishwasher
- Proper use detergent/sanitizer
- Clear hazards
- Clean and detail equipment
- Empty/clean garbage cans
- Sweep and mop
- Sanitize walls
- Clean rings with scraper/scrubber
- Soak tank
- Recycle cardboard
- Other assigned duties

Required Experience:
- None specified

Preferred Experience:
- Prior restaurant experience.
- Prior dishwashing experience.
- Experience in high-volume work environments.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to stand, climb, balance, stoop, and kneel for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to keep up with a high volume of tasks
- Effective communication skills with coworkers.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
