Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and setting up tools and equipment
- Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers in daily tasks
- Carry out general labor duties including digging, lifting, and moving materials safely
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision
- Assist with loading and unloading supplies and equipment as needed
- Support the installation of structures, fixtures, or other components according to project specifications
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
