DETAIL-DRIVEN OPERATIONS ASSISTANT – SALES TEAM SUPPORT (NO WEEKENDS)

We’re looking for someone who can keep deals moving, customers taken care of, and nothing slipping through the cracks.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
You’ll support our sales team by handling the details that turn quotes into completed, happy customers.
- Prepare and organize quotes
- Follow up with customers to confirm they received quotes
- Check in to help move quotes → orders
- Coordinate product ordering with vendors
- Track jobs to ensure everything is completed correctly and on time
- Follow up after delivery to make sure everything arrived as expected
- Assist with promotions and customer outreach when needed
You are the bridge between sales, vendors, and the customer
THE ROLE (IMPORTANT):
Think of this like a surgical team:
- Sales = the surgeon (closing the deal)
- You = the system that ensures everything before and after goes perfectly
Or like real estate:
- Agent closes the deal
- You make sure everything behind the scenes gets handled flawlessly

SCHEDULE:
- Monday – Friday
- Daytime hours (no nights)
- No weekends. Ever.
