DELI CLERK - FULL TIME OR PART TIME

The service clerk is responsible to the Department Manager. The service clerk stocks and maintains product on the service shelves and cases and serves the customer needs relative to their department.
- Knowledgeable of products and selling techniques.
- Process, prepare or cook products for cases or shelves.
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in department.
- Ensure quality products to maintain high level of customer service.
- Packaging of product and stocking of service cases and shelves.
- Effective merchandising of product.
- Demonstrate or offer samples to customers.
- Consistently Deliver Excellent Customer Service:
- Maintain the highest level of Customer Service and be a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful associate not only to our customers and vendors but also being supportive and helpful to each other as Lynn’s, Inc. Team.
- If a customer asks where something is please take them to the product. Greet customers as you approach them in the store, smile friendly and greet them and don’t forget to Thank them for Shopping at Lynn’s.
- Remember a customer is not an interruption of our work but they are the purpose of our work.
- Conduct procedures for opening or closing of department (when appropriate).
- Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisor (as appropriate).
- Comply with all applicable safety and security polices as set by Company, local, state and federal government.
- Comply with all Company policies in the performance of assigned duties and tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of Company matters.
Must be 18 years of age
