Requirements:- Must be at least 16 years of age or older
- Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds on a regular basis
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout the shift
- Bend, twist, reach, and work at various heights, including overhead
- Safely use ladders or step stools to stock and retrieve merchandise
- Perform repetitive motions such as scanning, stocking, and handling products
- Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure a safe work environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
- Provide consistent, friendly, and professional customer service
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
