Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate construction project schedules, budgets, and progress tracking.
- Ensure construction quality, safety, and specification compliance across all phases.
- Lead permitting, legal compliance, and interactions with regulatory agencies.
- Oversee site operations planning, risk management, and allocation of personnel and equipment.
- Develop maintenance and inspection plans for 24/7 semiconductor facility operations.
- Monitor and optimize energy consumption for sustainable site performance.
- Maintain documentation and ensure operational readiness across all plant systems.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical); trade program or technical certifications preferred.
- 10 years’ experience in facilities design, construction, and operations management.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, environmental controls, safety regulations, and fire prevention.
- Strong leadership in team development and vendor management.
- Skilled in government liaison, negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Cleanroom systems management and facility optimization expertise.
- Familiarity with legal licensing, trade certifications, and energy-saving initiatives.
