Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop mechanical engineering staff.
- Design HVAC and plumbing systems, including air handlers, chillers, cooling towers, and compressors.
- Utilize Revit, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD.
- Oversee commercial projects involving retail, offices, higher education, and aviation.
- Improve design efficiencies, control costs, and identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Strong commercial mechanical engineering experience; low-rise buildings preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD.
- Leadership experience or readiness to advance into management.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
