What You’ll Bring
- 3 years of technical, engineered, or industrial sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing new business
- Self-motivated “hunter” mentality with strong territory management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
- Industrial machinery, steam systems, controls, or thermodynamics knowledge preferred
- Base salary of $80,000–$95,000 plus uncapped commission
- First-year on-target earnings of approximately $124,000–$143,000
