Welder II
Bring your advanced welding expertise to a fast-paced aerospace environment where craftsmanship, accuracy, and safety are critical. This opportunity is ideal for experienced welders who enjoy working on complex aircraft components and contributing to high-quality repair and fabrication projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, clean, braze, and weld aircraft-related components and assemblies
- Complete precision welding using TIG, MIG, oxy-fuel, and approved aerospace welding methods
- Build and modify tooling, fixtures, and fabricated metal parts
- Interpret engineering drawings, maintenance documentation, work instructions, and compliance standards
- Maintain accurate repair and inspection records in accordance with aviation requirements
- Assist with inventory and procurement of welding materials and shop supplies
Welder II
- 2 years of welding or metal fabrication experience in aviation, manufacturing, or industrial settings
- Comfortable handling day-to-day welding and repair assignments independently
- Previous experience working with aircraft, turbine, or other high-tolerance components required
- Ability to pass and maintain aerospace welding certifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a production/shop environment
- Open to overtime, weekend work, and occasional travel when needed
