Who we need:
Lynn Engineering is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Structural Designer (Revit) to join our growing Engineering team. This position is ideal for an experienced designer who enjoys collaborating with engineers and design professionals to produce high-quality structural drawings for residential and commercial projects.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare preliminary and final structural contract drawings using Revit.
- Produce construction documents for residential and commercial structural projects.
- Collaborate with engineers and other design disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist with structural designs including foundations, framing, windstorm, and related structural systems.
- Follow project schedules and task lists to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Maintain organized digital project files in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards, drafting procedures, and industry best practices.
- Communicate effectively with project team members regarding project progress and potential issues.
- Support continuous improvement by learning new software, technologies, and drafting practices.
Education/Experience
- Associate degree in Drafting or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience using Autodesk Revit.
- Experience producing structural construction drawings for foundations, framing, windstorm design, and similar structural projects.
