Pay Range: Starting at $20/hr with 2 years of experience
This job is for the manager who strives to create positive experiences and memories for all who touch DQ! An Assistant Manager helps the General Manager in executing specific aspects of the restaurant operations, which may include financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales and marketing. Must be ambitious to set high standards and create a great environment for the team to work.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience. Previous quick service restaurant experience strongly preferred. Pay rate is based on experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Business education preferred.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and Labor.
- Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices. ServSafe certifiable.
- Ability to train others.
- Ability to work in and out of different temperature ranges, including standing for periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Have a friendly and positive attitude! Exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene and be prompt.
