Job Summary:
The Production Worker is responsible for assisting in the manufacturing and assembly processes within the production facility. This entry-level position involves operating machinery, handling materials, and ensuring the quality of products meets company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery.
- Assist in the assembly of products as per specifications.
- Conduct quality checks on products and report any defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Support other production workers and supervisors as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of production processes and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as required.

Salary and Benefits:
Wage rate:
- $16 per hour starting wage
Shift:
- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday-Friday
- Half-hour lunch at 12:00 PM
- Breaks (10:00a.m.-12:00p.m.-2:00p.m.)
