Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Salt Lake City, UT, for a BIM Modeler. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and managing detailed Building Information Modeling (BIM) drawings and models for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology systems. Daily tasks include creating accurate construction drawings, collaborating with architects and engineers to meet project specifications, ensuring model integrity and coordination across disciplines, and adhering to industry standards for efficiency and precision in project design and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and techniques
• Knowledge of Architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems
• Experience in developing construction drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of coordination between disciplines in design and construction
• Attention to detail and ability to work within project timelines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications in BIM or design software are a plus
