Key Responsibilities:
Project Controlling
o Monitor project financials in collaboration with Project Managers
o Support timely and accurate invoicing
Service Financial Management
o Partner with the Service Manager and team
o Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
o Oversee AP/AR processes and ensure timely processing
o Follow up on outstanding receivables and maintain strong customer communication
Financial Reporting
o Support the US Finance Manager in preparing monthly and annual financial reports
o Ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
ERP Transformation
o Play a key role in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (planned for end of 2026)
