Production Partner Responsibilities
● Nurture database and proactively gain outreach clients each week. Number to be discussed during onboarding
● Conduct open houses weekly (1 minimum) and convert buyer leads to buyer consultation appointments with lead agent
● Obtain signatures, write offers and contract amendments

● Identify and show homes that meet buyers’ criteria and overcome objections
● Educate buyer clients about home buying process and provide buyer clients and market research
● Be the first point of communication for Buyer Clients setting tone for the Home Team
● Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors
● Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc.
● Attend all huddles, team meetings, in-person events and office trainings
● Attend listing photoshoots, gather video content, hang signs, place directional arrows, etc.
● Ask for reviews and referrals and look for opportunities to recruit!
● Other duties as assigned

Production Partner Qualifications
● High school diploma or GED required
● Real-estate license required (within next 90 days if not currently held)
● Valid WA State driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
● Familiarity with real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
● Ability to be on-call between the hours of 7am - 7pm any day of the week (time off to be

approved)

Compensation:
This position is a 1099 Contract Role and does not include benefits

● $2500/month for full time work (35-40 hours)
● 5% commission on every transaction
● 30% referral fee for any business referred to company
● 10% recruiting fee
