What You'll Do
As a Cabinet Finisher, you'll be responsible for applying beautiful, durable finishes that bring our custom cabinetry to life. This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, sand, and tape cabinetry and components for finishing.
- Mix, match, and apply stains, sealers, glazes, and topcoats according to specifications.
- Perform touch-ups and quality control checks to ensure all pieces meet Lyndon Heath's high standards.
- Maintain finishing tools, spray equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and safety.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure each job is completed on time and to spec.
- Review in-house blueprints and traveler sheets to confirm all parts are properly finished and accounted for.

- Proven experience in custom cabinetry finishing or wood finishing.
