A bachelor's degree in an appropriate field is preferred. Successful candidates must have excellent communications, strategic planning, and business management skills; experience in Vermont's regulated utility environment with knowledge of renewable energy is preferred. Willingness to participate in discussions with legislators and regulators within the state and region.
