The Entry Level Representative starts on the front lines, learning everything it takes to successfully market and sell Verizon FiOS. The Entry Level Representative Will Be Expected To:
- Initiate compelling conversations with prospective customers in designated locations, focusing on the value of Verizon FiOS services.
- Conduct engaging, face-to-face product demonstrations, clearly articulating the benefits of switching to or upgrading their FiOS Internet, TV, or Voice services.
- Learn and implement proven sales techniques to maximize customer acquisitions within targeted market segments in New Jersey.
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and product knowledge, serving as the trusted link between the customer and the Verizon brand.
- Actively contribute to morning strategy sessions with fellow Entry Level Representative’s, sales role-playing, and sales technique workshops with the leadership team.
- Track leads, customer data, and sales progress with accuracy, contributing to the overall sales efficiency of the office.
- Become a certified expert on all current Verizon FiOS offerings, promotions, and competitive advantages to handle customer objections effectively.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and performance metrics set by senior leadership for the Entry Level Representative.
