Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at the Lynden/Bellingham KOA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Clean and maintain cabins other accommodations: Ensure all areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, paying attention to details such as dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting.
• Keep bathrooms stocked cleaned at all times.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks: Regularly deep clean high-touch areas, appliances, and fixtures to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment: Ensure cleaning carts are stocked with necessary supplies and report any maintenance issues with cleaning equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or requests.
• Work collaboratively with other team members: Assist other departments, such as maintenance or front desk, as needed.
• Requirements
• Physical ability: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
• Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning.
• Time management: Ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks within allocated timeframes.
• Communication skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
• Flexibility: Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be willing and able to work on Sundays.
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good physical stamina; must be able to lift and move items as needed.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the employer.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
• Be able to work with cleaning products and bodily fluids.
