What are the responsibilities and job description for the Make Ready/Maintenance Technician position at Lynco properties?
Lynco Properties is currently seeking highly motivated, experienced, and trustworthy candidate to fill the position of Apartment Maintenance/Make Ready Technician for properties in the North Little Rock, AR area. Duties will include:
* Promptly handle work order needs of residents
* Complete repairs in a consistent and correct manner
* Apartment Maintenance Technician must provide excellent customer service
* Work well with other team members
* Be well organized to coordinate inspections, preventive maintenance, and work by contractors
* Complete make-ready of units proficiently
*Strong painting, sheetrock repair & make ready skills.
Ideal apartment maintenance technician, who will be eligible for company benefits package, should have at least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance (or similar skills). As an apartment maintenance technician candidate you should have skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repair, and/or other tasks related to maintaining the communities in excellent condition. This position will offer competitive pay and benefit package.'
