POSITION SUMMARY
Lynchburg City Schools seeks a strong, student-centered leader to serve as Principal of E.C. Glass High School. The principal will drive academic achievement while ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment for students and staff. This role requires a visible, engaged leader who builds a culture of high expectations, accountability, and collaboration, with a sharp focus on teaching, learning, and continuous improvement aligned to Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) expectations.
