The position requires scheduling service appointments for customers to visit the dealership. Make outbound calls to engage customers, build relationships, and follow up as needed. Training provided for qualified candidates. Previous phone experience preferred. Requirements: Outbound calling, retail, customer service and/or sales experience with following characteristics:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be comfortable scheduling service appointments
- Team oriented and reliable
- Available to work flexible shifts
- Dedicated to customer satisfaction
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
- Excellent follow up skills
- Ability to multi-task

- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
