Office Administrator duties and responsibilities include -
-Exceptional customer service

-Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook

-Ability to multitask with deadlines
-Assemble tax packages and nowledge of a tax return
-Ability to work additional hours during tax season (February - April)
-Support Partner and office employees
-Accurately and efficiently format, proof, edit firm proposals, engagement letters and financial statements
-Answer direct client calls and inquiries
-Knowledge of Thomson Reuters Suite preferred
-One or more years of administrative assistant experience and bookkeeping a plus
-Ability to keep tasks in order and remember what was performed.

Salary : $50,000 - $90,000
