Licensed Lawn Technician

Are you someone who takes pride in creating healthy, beautiful lawns and enjoys leading a team? Lynch Landscaping is looking for a Turf & Lawn Care Crew Leader to join our growing lawn care division.

This is a great role for someone who is organized, motivated, and passionate about delivering outstanding results while helping develop a strong team.

What You'll Do

• Help coordinate daily schedules and routes.
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure exceptional service.
• Fertilizer applications
• Weed control
• Crabgrass prevention
• Grub control
• Aeration & overseeding
• Lawn evaluations and diagnostics
• Soil health recommendations
• Lawn renovation recommendations
• Turf disease and insect identification
• Weed & Invasive Plant Management

Qualifications

• Experience in lawn care, turf management, or a related field.
• Leadership or crew leader experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license (required).
• 3-5 years of turf care experience preferred.
• Plant and invasive species knowledge.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, operate equipment, and work in varying weather conditions.

• General Vegetative Management
• Right-of-Way
• Flying & Biting
• Structural
• Master's License (preferred but not required)

We are currently offering a sign on bonus for those with pesticide licenses! These are the pay outs for each license:

- Core $500.00

- Vegetative Management $500.00

- Roadside $500.00

- Flying & Biting $500.00

- Turf $1000.00

- Ornamentals $1000.00

- Structural $500.00

UP TO $3,500 SIGN-ON BONUS! Payment would be 1/3 after 1 month of employment, 1/3 after 2 months, and the remaining paid out after 3 months! BONUS is based on your current pesticide/turf licensing!

Licensing assistance and paid training are available for the right candidate.
